Wet the coat thoroughly. Rub the bar directly along the back and the flanks, or work it up in your hands first, then lather from the neck back.
Rinse until the water runs clear, then towel dry. Stand the bar somewhere it can drain between baths and it will last a lot longer.

Fragrance itself is not the only factor. What matters is the ingredient profile, the concentration, and the safety standard used for each product type.
We use an allergen minimized fragrance system: rinse off standards for the shampoo and the soap bar, and IFRA leave on standards for the conditioning spray. We will not promise zero reaction. If your dog has a diagnosed sensitivity, review the ingredient list and talk to your veterinarian first.

Less than you expect. A few passes of the bar over a wet coat is usually enough, then lather with your hands and add only if the coat is long or very dirty.
